After 15 years in the laboratories of major cosmetic brands and in subcontracting, I created my own collaborative cosmetic laboratory dedicated to natural & ethical makeup, CO-LAB-ORA. Innovation and make-up are the red threads of my career. I started as a make-up formulator to create innovative make-up textures using new technologies. I have 8 years of expertise in make-up powder which allowed me to explore the different facets of this galenic. I have evolved as a laboratory manager to set up innovation processes within the R&D teams.

I like to federate teams around innovation by getting the best out of everyone. My optimism and my ability to bounce back allow me to take on ever more ambitious challenges.
